Moira E. King is the international bestselling author of the alternative writer's workbooks, Work In Progress and Short Order.
She is currently on submission with her first fiction novel, Arrow, an epic fantasy where the favorite daughter of a notorious crime lord takes the wrong job & inadvertently pits herself against her own bloodthirsty siblings, a power-hungry queen, & a handsome war hero just trying to keep her out of jail.
About
​I am a self-identified space cadet from the frozen wasteland of Upstate New York. I was first published at the age of nine in an anthology for children I've amazingly yet to lose. ​I studied literature in college, and, in 2020, finally quit my steady job in corporate banking to be a full-time writer. Everyone thought I was crazy.
When I'm not writing fiction, I'm building my freelance writing businesses that help other business owners and creatives reach their goals. When not writing at all, my hobbies include too much television, crappy airport bars, and overthinking everything.
